We are pleased to introduce Amber Crozier as the newest member of our professional relations team. Amber is the professional relations representative for the southern region of the state (see blue highlight in map below).
Amber is a graduate of Trident Technical College Expanded Duty Dental Assisting Program and has nine years of industry experience, including as a dental assistant, insurance coordinator and billing specialist. Amber is looking forward to meeting you and your staff.
Our professional relations representative team – Amber Crozier, Ayesha Pugh and CJ Smith – are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our provider partners and their staff members. Our representatives visit, either in-person or virtually, every participating dentist in the state each year. They provide assistance with local and national claims, web training and compliance. Additionally, they introduce our value-added programs, grow and develop our networks, and represent Delta Dental at sponsored events.
